Renown Health, the Washoe County Health District, and Truckee Meadows Healthy Communities are collaborating to conduct the 2018-2020 Washoe County Community Health Needs Assessment. They have developed an online and hard copy version of a survey in order to gather input from our Washoe County residents and would greatly appreciate your participation.
Survey questions include perceived barriers to being physically active, eating more healthy foods, accessing medical providers/services, emergency preparedness, housing, and food insecurity. They are also asking survey respondents to help prioritize health needs in Washoe County. The survey takes between 10-20 minutes, and is available in both English and Spanish. Respondents will have an opportunity to win a $50 VISA gift card. The survey links are posted below.
