The Benefits Enrollment Center’s office is located at the Catholic Charities Fourth Street campus, but outreach workers additionally travel across northern Nevada—to apartment complexes, senior centers, health fairs, mobile home parks, and beyond—to assist low-income Medicare beneficiaries in accessing available benefits.

Using a screening tool provided by the National Council on Aging, our team of certified Outreach Specialists can quickly assess clients’ eligibility for benefits and can provide on the spot application assistance, when applicable, for the following benefits: 

• Medicare Part D Extra Help/Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)
• Medicare Savings Program
• Medicaid
• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly known as Food Stamps)
