We provide consultations to determine eligibility and are committed to helping individuals understand the immigration law and know their rights under the law. Our focus is to assist those who would otherwise not be able to obtain legal representation. Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada’s Immigration Legal Services program is recognized by the Department of Justice and employs a staff attorney, along with staff who hold Accreditation to represent individuals in immigration legal matters before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
