Back to School & Family Resource Event

As the back-to-school season approaches, families find themselves brimming with anticipation and excitement. However, for many families, this time can also be a source of stress as they navigate the challenges of obtaining necessary resources and support for their children's education. Recognizing the importance of a strong support system, Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada will host a Back to School & Family Resource Day at our Moana Neighborhood Center. This one-stop-shop event will offer some school necessities and provide a range of essential services, all in one location.

What:

• New coats for children
• Food Pantry services 
• Vaccines for children (must be on Medicaid or not insured-bring vaccine records)
• COVID vaccines for all 
• SNAP enrollment
• Crayons
• Craft supplies
• Exciting raffle prizes for children

Limit: 1 coat per child, first come, first served

Please bring id and proof of children in household. Accepted proof: Clarity Card, birth certificates, hospital certificates, vaccine records.
