A Photo Essay by Jeff Ross Photography

Faces of St. Vincent’s, a photograph collection by Jeff Ross, features beautiful and poignant portraits of clients served by the St. Vincent’s Programs of Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada.

Ross states that the photos encourage the viewer to take a second look at people in poverty, “to look beyond the ragged edges of the hungry and homeless and see the humanity and dignity within.” Because poverty affects and connects us all, viewers of the photographs will feel stirred by the emotions captured in them. "Most of us feel that poverty could never happen to us,” said Ross, “but the truth is it could happen to any of us." You can see more of Jeff's work or contact him via the web at JeffRoss.com
